Bettina Ende-Henningsen

Neurologist. Psychiatrist. Life Coach. Yoga Teacher.

Bettina is a doctor of medicine, board-certified in Germany, who has specialized in the fields of Neurology, Psychiatry and Psychotherapy. She also spent five years at the University of Madison, Wisconsin, where she participated in several Neuroscience research projects.

She is fascinated about the human brain and body, and firmly believes in the connection between mind, body and soul. More than 30 years of experience in the medical field have taught her that physical ailments never stand alone, but always have an emotional link to the psyche, to one’s biography, and often to past trauma. She recently has begun to explore that connection through the unique approach of the Yoga Church method, which has been instrumental in her own transformation and healing. It also has taught her an abundance of new ways to practice the conversation between body, heart and mind with clients, while staying deeply grounded in spirituality.

Bettina has a great passion for dancing. She has been a student of classical ballet and modern/contemporary dance most of her life, up to this day. She also loves classical music and foreign languages. With her family, she lives in the picturesque medieval town of Lüneburg, in the northern part of Germany. Her two daughters - both powerful young women - have been her best teachers of life for the past 21 years.
